Hey friends.

I know I promised to upload the next installment of this detective/parody series waaaay back in 2009, but I grossly underestimated the power of mourning my last living parent who has meant the world to me. In addition to my regular New Year’s Resolutions, I’ll add “getting this damn blog up and running again” on the list. I’m also planning to expand the content of this site. Forgive me for not saying what that will be. I want to be able to cover my ass if this planned experiment flops faster than NBC’s late night line-up.

So, the D. V. Detective will return. Seriously. I promise.   In the meantime, try to stay warm. I know I am.

Hi  Everyone.

First, I want to thank those who are reading and enjoying this blog thus far. I need to apologize for not updating for a long while. I’ve suffered a huge loss in my family. After helping to arrange a wake, a funeral and a burial, I needed time to mourn. I’m still mourning. But don’t fret. I plan to upload the next case, Case #9, within a week.
